Everything on a CNC machine relies on the design, strength and rigidity of the machine frame. The Frame alone weighs in at 1500kg!
Four 160mm x 160mm X 8mm thick steel beams are the key around which the frame is built and the guides mounted.
It's precision welded, then machined on a 5 axis machining centre. Construction normally reserved for far more expensive CNC’s and is fundamental to accuracy and long life precision

Superior table design with a large very open vacuum chamber area that is part of the machine frame and significantly improves vacuum distribution.

Superior Gantry design.
Fast 80m /min X and Y positioning.
Gantry is supported and driven on both sides of the X axis > eliminates gantry sag while providing superior accuracy with greatly reduced vibration. This in turn delivers faster cleaner routing improving finish and dimensional accuracy.
Flexing and twisting of the gantry is eliminated using 250 x 200mm x 8mm thick RHS section for the top beam with solid cast iron (not alloy) end supports.
Traverses on precision linear bearings> Smooth travel with low friction.

Z axis drive is via a central recirculating ball screw and twin widely spaced linear guides for smooth, precise and quiet positioning
