Pneumatic pin prevents a second panel entering too soon after the first. The timing is varied automatically dependent on what working stations in use.
Electronic ‘line control’ knows exactly the front and back position of the panel on the track – eliminates micro-switches.
Powered feed track height adjustment is coupled to a digital readout.
Two rows of idle rollers are offset – ensuring even your smallest panels are always under firm hold pressure.

KDT’s scrapers use the same cast iron and steel mounts as their trimmers – delivering the precision finish critical to the appearance of your Panels.

3 separate spray units apply release and cleaning sprays .There are 2 heat guns –to soften the tape prior to folding and assist with colour restoration prior to buffing.
