Optimize your finger pull edgebanding with our specialized solution. Featuring pre-milling at 45 degrees and square edge, two glue pots, and the ability to press both 45 and square edges simultaneously. Additionally, it grooves the back surface of the edge strip for seamless integration without joins.

The heavy-duty twin vertical and bevel trimmers cleanly hog the panel edge 45 degree bevel angle or bevel/ vertical combination profile.

Clever bevel cut into Tape ensures clean fold

Machines out the rebate in the rear of your tapes that is the key to a perfect ‘fold’ at the point of vertical to bevel. The cutter profile has been carefully designed to deliver a unique flat/curve groove shape.

Twin pressure roller sets

The tape is pressed onto your panels on the straight and bevel by twin pressure roller groups with their own pneumatic cylinders.

End saw precision guaranteed

The saws are mounted on a cast iron base and single high precision THK guide for perfect alignment.

Inverter controlled 12,000 rpm saw motors deliver clean trimming.

Line control ensures the saws are in position to avoid ruining your panel or damaging the saw unit.

Trimmed top and bottom 'spot on'

KDT use heavy steel construction for the 2 sets of Trimmers to guarantee the ultra-fine precision required. Large rotating copy wheels with 12,000 rpm HF motors ensure perfect trimming
