Leda Adelaide is looking for an experienced technician with electrical/mechanical experience for service, installation, commissioning and operator training. Previous experience in panel-based woodworking machinery is an advantage but not essential. We’re looking for a positive person who is a team player.

Working as part of a dedicated and energetic team, you will:

• Undertake scheduled maintenance, break down service and installations with a focus on efficiency, safety and quality.
• Provide timely feedback to the Service Manager on actions resulting from service jobs.
• Conduct machine demonstrations and customer training as needed.

Skills and experience.

With a trade or industry training background, and a desire to continuously learn, you will have:

• Hands-on experience in the service or maintenance of industrial machinery.
• A demonstrated commitment to health and safety and customer service.
• Superior problem-solving skills.
• Industry experience will be a bonus but a willingness to learn and embrace paperless processes is critical.

You will be proactive, driven and detail focused. Of course, building great relationships will be an absolute strength as you are the face of the business when interacting with customers.
